Description: Experience the essence of craftsmanship with this exceptional Blanco Tequila, meticulously produced at Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco (NOM 1123). Guided by the expertise of Maestro Tequilero Sergio Cruz alongside Pablo Lara G., this tequila embodies the dedication and passion poured into every step of its creation.
Starting with hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agave (A. tequilana), the journey begins by delicately cooking the agave in a traditional clay steam oven. This method allows the agave's flavors to unfold, resulting in a tantalizing blend of bold peppercorn and the subtle allure of pear skin. As the journey continues, petrichor and baked yam further enhance the aromatic profile, creating a truly captivating experience.
Milled using a traditional stone tahona mill, the agave undergoes a meticulous process that preserves its authenticity and character. Fermented in stainless steel, the tequila takes on a bright herbaceous palate, beautifully accentuated by the freshness of sweetgrass, the crispness of snap peas, and the vibrant zest of lemon. Delving deeper, an intriguing undercurrent of cured meat and wet clay adds a touch of complexity, captivating the senses with each sip.
This Blanco Tequila is truly remarkable, showcasing the expertise and artistry of the Maestro Tequilero. With its non-chill filtered nature, the tequila maintains its authentic character and texture, allowing you to savor every nuance of its flavors. At 41% ABV, it possesses a harmonious balance that invites you to explore its depth and complexity.
